Biking is an ideal way to explore and have a good time for a day trip or on a multi-day trip. Coherent breathing is a simple and quick tool to improve emotional management. Two activities that Benjamin suggests you combine during bike rides or practice separately according to your preferences !
Proficient in english, Benjamin can have a discussion and translate everything to you during the trip. He would be happy to hear from you and answer any questions you may have (through Whatsapp, Skype, telephone or email).


Brittany by bike
Benjamin, from Une Petite Respi, invites you to explore Brittany on a bike. Whether you want to take a little break or go on a multi-day journey, the bicycle is the best way to get around. You’ll get a chance to relax, shop, and take in the scenery while keeping up with the beat. During these bike rides, Benjamin can also introduce you to coherent breathing, an emotional management tool that uses a straightforward and efficient breathing method.
Ideas for tours and excursions
Day trips > Family ride to the sea, travel from Dinan to Dinard or from the Domaine des Ormes toward Dol-de-Bretagne, the medieval city of even Combourg, the romantic city.
Three Day Tours > Discover the bay around Mont Saint Michel then journey to Cancale, with its oyster harbor, and finally head to Saint Malo, the pirate city.
Week long Journeys > Travel from Saint Malo to Brest, or The Morbihan Gulf and explore the islands nearby.
Between one and ten days > We can customize any itinerary to fulfill your dreams.
Benjamin will handle all the preparations before your arrival. He will plan your detailed itinerary, arrange for bike reservations, and secure lodging and dining options for you. He will also customize the plans and tourist attractions based on your needs and preferences.
Benjamin will provide guidance and technical support throughout your trip. He will come along and guide you through the tourist attractions and points of interest on your itinerary. He also can provide mechanical aid when needed.
Whether it's with family, friends, or coworkers (10 people at most), for a day or a few days, discover the various flexible arrangements available.
Biking day trip
You can travel up to 50 kilometers while filling your day with interesting sight visits, exploring an adventure park, go diving, or anything else you might want to include. Benjamin adjusts to your desires for a more relaxed or athletic outing. If you want, Benjamin can also introduce you to coherent breathing techniques.
Cycling formula 2-10 day trip
Depending on your goals, we can create an itinerary to bike 25–100 kilometers per day. Along the journey, you will explore tourist attractions, cideries, adventure parks, go on a sand yacht excursion, or just relax on the beach or in the forest. Benjamin will customize your journey and can provide self-guided options or come as a guide. You can also add-on coherent breathing sessions.
Family trip to Mont Saint Michel - summer 2024
Regardless of the formula selected, the daily rate is 200€ (12 people maximum, including children and adults). It includes planning the day trip, providing bike support for the duration of the day or stay, handling logistical issues during the trip, and providing mechanical assistance.
Cycling formula plus coherent breathing
Benjamin suggests connecting the practice of cycling with the discovery of coherent breathing techniques.
Whether you join for a day or several days, an introduction session can be provided on the first day for 1 hour and a half to learn about this practice. The session consists of two parts : first, a theoretical introduction of the body and breathing, followed by a practice period using a cardio feedback program and advice on how to use coherent breathing throughout life.
The first day of a multi-day cycling trip allows for a few kilometers of riding and the completion of the introductory session for coherent breathing. In the next days, we will set aside time to perform coherent breathing three times a day (in five-minute sessions). A group member may benefit from a 15-minute exchange period and recording of their cardiac pulse using the Innerbalance software.
With the coherent breathing option, the price is 25€ per day more, or 225€.
Coherent breathing
Benjamin introduces you to coherent breathing, a straightforward and powerful tool for emotional regulation. It provides long-lasting benefits for both physical and mental health and enables better stress and anxiety management using breathing methods. This technique is easy to learn and can be implemented four times a day in the ideal scenario, with each session lasting about five minutes.
These sessions content is tailored to each individual or group and can be presented in a business or association setting in order to provide its employees with better emotional balance and stress management. Additionally, he can offer one-on-one, 40–45 minute sessions.
Coherent breathing group sessions
Coherent breathing introduction sessions (limited to 12 people) allow participants to learn about its fundamental techniques for health and stress management, and incorporate practicing using a cardio feedback program. This kind of session is intended for businesses, associations, and communities who want to provide their employees with better emotional balance and stress management. Sessions are also available to any group of people interested in learning this technique.
Duration > 1h30 including fifty minutes of theory and forty minutes of practice and advice.
Cost > 150€ per group session
Individual coherent breathing sessions
Benjamin offers individual introductory sessions to learn about coherent breathing. These sessions allow participants to learn about its fundamental techniques for health and stress management, and incorporate practicing using a cardio feedback program. We can also set up follow up sessions, aimed at practicing coherence breathing and establishing a deeper connection to emotional regulation, particularly in complex situations.
Duration > 1h15 for the first session, 45 minutes starting on the second.
Cost > 75€ for the first session, 45€ for the follow up sessions.
